at sideye, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made in limited quantities. because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

we always recommend going through the product details and images carefully before placing your order 🤍

in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue from our end or during transit, we’ve got you. just drop us an email at sideye.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a few clear pictures.

to process the exchange, we require a clear unboxing video (from start to finish) as proof. without this, we may not be able to assist with the request.
